From a young age, I’ve been wired for entrepreneurship. At 16, I launched and ran my first business, sold it by 21, and moved into real estate without looking back. By 27, I had become the youngest Manager on the Toronto Real Estate Board, building a reputation for forward-thinking business development and digital marketing before it was the norm in this industry.
My path in real estate has been hands-on at every level, including management, training, ownership, and operations. In 2020, I concluded a successful exit as President and Operating Partner of a prominent brokerage, and channeled everything I’d learned into building something new.
Today, I’m the co-founder of RARE Real Estate™, an innovative brokerage model built to empower agents to grow on their own terms. In just a few years, RARE has facilitated over $4.5 billion in sales, welcomed 200+ agents to its platform, and built a New Home Sales division representing some of the continent’s largest developers with over 2,000 pre-construction units sold.
What started in Canada has grown into something bigger. RARE has expanded into South Florida, with a growing presence across Miami and beyond. It’s a market that mirrors everything we believe in: ambition, design, and agents who want to do things differently. We’re just getting started down here.
